Help in identifying the artist who painted a watercolor of Plovdiv, Bulgaria

I purchased a watercolor painting recently, and am trying to identify the painter.

There is a signature, dated 1989, which is signed in initials which look somewhat like YT, but there appears to be an accent over the Y. On soc.cultural.russian, a Mr. Smirnov already helpfully identified the inscription on the back of the painting as Bulgarian and told me the inscription says "Големи къщи в стария Пловдив" or "Large houses in old Plovdiv" Jpgs of the signature, the painting and the inscription on the back can be seen below.

Any help in identifying the artist would be greatly appreciated.

Question solved, due to a very helpful person posting on the Bulgarian Art group on Facebook. The artist is Joan Leviev (Йоан Левиев), a member of the Bulgarian Plovdiv School.
