How did you get through your well rounded education in college?

We ( and I am not a professional chemist) often do things that would
tell us if the accepted value for Avogadro's number is incorrect.
Someone would have to pay dearly for some of the consequences if we did
know its value and how to use it. The cost can be in forms other than
mere money but in reputation and employment opportunity as well.

What can you lose if your beliefs are in error?

I believe in Avogadro's number. I used to work for chemists, and needed
this in mixing molar solutions. I just think that chemists ought to be able
to discuss other things than just chemistry.
